With Mother’s Day just one week away (eeek panic!), the worry of ‘What do I buy for my mum?’ really can set in! I think the nice option for me has always been a card and chocolate and/or flowers, but there are a few other bits that I think would make great presents, whatever your budget. So above are my few gift ideas for this year’s Mother’s Day Gift Guide; from beauty to jewellery, and everything else in between.
1. Champneys Gift Set, Boots – £22
Bath and body products are always a given when it comes to presents, especially for luxurious-loving mums out there. Champneys is one of my favourite brands for luxury bath products are a very affordable price, and this set is definitely going to be one your mum will swoon after.
2. Neom Reed Diffuser, Neom – £38
For the more splurge purchase, a diffuser is a great option and Neom has some of the most relaxing and luxurious scents in my opinion. If your Mum likes adding a bit of fragrance to her home, then this is a sure-fire win.
3. Pink Champagne Truffles, Debenhams – £12.50
Chocolates are a given for Mother’s Day. I don’t think I really need to elaborate on these, other than the fact that they’re pink and ever so pretty.
4. Rose Hearts Hoop Earrings, Pandora – £90
Everyone loves receiving jewellery, especially Mum’s. The Pandora rose collection is an absolute dream, so much so that I’ve actually included two pieces from it in my Mother’s Day gift guide. These earrings are beautiful and would be a perfect gift to celebrate the occasion.
5. Michael Kors Leather Chain Bag, Michael Kors – £175
This one is a total splurge and definitely not one that’s going to be the top of everyone’s gift list, but Michael Kors in general makes a great gift. I love this mini bag and I know so many Mum’s would too!
6. Rose Charms, Pandora
As mentioned above, the Pandora rose collection is a dream and they have so many charms that I know my mum for sure would love to receive. These make great gifts and perfect keepsakes for the more sentimental Mum.
7. Marc Jacobs Daisy Twinkle Perfume, Fragrance Shop- £64.50
Perfume is a no-brainer gift and if like my mum, yours loves the Marc Jacobs Daisy range, then the latest release smells like an absolute dream. Not only is the bottle very pretty, it also smells very much like parma violets and flowers so that’s certainly a plus!
8. Google Home Mini, Currys – £39
If your Mum loves tech and doesn’t already own the (amazing) Alexa device, then the Google offering is the next best thing. It’s got a very neat and tidy shape (a point my mum would very much appreciate), and allows you to basically turn your home smart. A must-have for gadget loving Mum’s.
9. Flowers, Next – Unlimited
As I mentioned in my intro, flowers make a pretty great Mother’s Day present. ext has a great offering of varying designs, and they offer delivery too which is great!
10. Ted Baker Cosmetic Gift Set, Boots – £18
Another luxury bath gift set and one that I know many Mum’s would appreciate. I love the variety of gifts and the pink appearance is very insta-worthy. It’s also very inexpensive so allows room for more gifts if you’d wish too!
What are you getting your Mum, in-Law or Grandma for Mother’s Day? I hope that my gift guide helped!
