La Roche Posay Serozinc solution is one of those beauty products that does the rounds in the beauty world every time a big trip to France comes along, but since it’s now available online at Boots, it’s far more accessible and so the hype has definitely died down a little. As soon as something becomes readily available, it’s almost as though it looses its status in the beauty community. That being said, two years on I’m still an avid user of this simple but effective cleanser – despite it not being as much of a staple in my routine as it used to be…
If you’ve reached this point and you’re wondering what an earth I’m talking about, La Roche Posay Serozinc is a zinc sulphate solution that aims to cleanse and soothe the skin. You can spray it directly onto your face (this is my preferred method) or use a cotton pad to apply it. But if you are, and have been aware of Serozinc for some time now, you’re probably only asking one question: “Is it worth the hype?” With that in mind, I’ll keep this one sweet (and potentially on the fence – we all know I like to be diplomatic).
In terms of convenience and time saving it gets a massive thumbs up from me, and the price isn’t exactly going to break the bank either.
However, I’d definitely say there are better cleansers out there and I wouldn’t go out of your way to rush an buy this one – but if you’re after an easy to use and convenient product, I’d say to give it a go. It’s great for little spots or bumps though, so if you suffer with them, are interested in the product and have it easily available, then pick it up.
Have you tried La Roche Posay Serozinc cleanser yet?
